Well if you don't want to mess around and you want to get things done then you should def look up Kami at Simply Vegas. He worked hard and got my place sold for cash in about 3 or 4 days. I was in Thailand and we were able to stay in constant contact and sign most all docs from out of the country. Kami was on top of things the entire time and made it super easy with as little stress as possible. I don't shout out accolades easily but in this case Kami deserves the award!! If you want to sell or buy a place you can't make a better choice. Look em up, stay stress-free.

Kami and the team did an outstanding job help me find property and to purchase it. And the process was not time-consuming. It was a little challenging at times, but we made it through and I am very happy with my new home!

I'm writing this review for your employees Kami Rahbaran and Jeffrey Marantz. They have exemplified the exact type of customer service that I mirror every day in my own field of work. I come from a lengthy background of sales and customer service; before my current job I worked for Enterprise Rental Car and Enterprise Car Sales for 11 years in management roles and sales. I now am the General Manager of the Law offices of 702 Traffic (pink house on rainbow and flamingo). I take customer service very seriously and practice it on a daily basis so that I leave an imprint in my clients minds to refer people back for the same great service. Recently, I had started looking for a house and it is my first purchase and Kami has helped me from the beginning in trying to find the right home that would work for me and my future family. We first went to Century Communities and found a "new build" that I was very interested and excited about. Being my first purchase I wanted to feel some sort of comfort in whom I was dealing with (the builder) and the builder there changed that perception real quick. Kami stood by my side through the lengthy few weeks that it took for the individual working my loan to even communicate with me/us, and kami went to bat for me in trying to also communicate with them. All together they didn't have a streamline process and I ended backing out. (mind you my credit score is excellent, and I was ready to buy).
